- Over 25 years experience in conducting research and development on simulation models for Aquatic Plant Control and Water Quality. Prepares briefings on the results of research and publishes in appropriate media. Determines, reccommends and purchases appropriate computer hardware and software needed for research projects.

- Development of Fortran Code for Plant Growth Models (HYDRIL, MILFO, VALLA, POTAM)
- Development of Fortran Code for Biological Control Model (AMUR/STOCK)
- Maintenance of Corps of Engineer water quality databases
- Maintenance of databases for Trotter Shoals water quality, release & generation data (Reservoirs on the Savannah River)
- Provide ArcGIS support for water quality projects
- Use Visual Basic to make modifications to Water Quality Models such as BATHTUB.
