    • Molecular toxicology of RDX nitroso transformation products MNX and TNX in Rats
    • Development of genetic markers of biodegradation and bioremediation
    • Use of gene expression assays to assess impacts of energetics, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, and metals on bioaccumulation and survival of sediment dwelling invertebrates.
